Can you remove pet hair and stains?

Yes — pet hair removal and stain treatment are two of the most common services we do. Deep pet hair or set-in stains may take extra time, and we'll confirm any surcharge before we begin.
What happens if my vehicle is heavily dirty?

We can handle it. Heavy pet hair, stains, or extreme buildup may take extra time and add a surcharge, but we'll always explain any additional charge before we start — never after the job is done.
How long does a detail take?

Most services take between 1 and 2.5 hours depending on the package and vehicle condition. We provide an accurate window when you book.
Do I need to provide water or power?

We bring all our own equipment. Customer provides a standard water spigot and standard electrical outlet at the location.
