Most smoke odor comes out in one appointment. Heavy, long-term smoke can linger in the headliner or HVAC ducts and may need a second pass — Alex will tell you honestly what to expect after seeing the car.
Is ozone safe for the car?

Yes — ozone breaks down on its own after the machine is shut off, and the cabin is fully ventilated before the vehicle is returned to you.
Can you get out pet urine smell?

Yes — enzyme treatment specifically breaks down uric-acid crystals, which are what cause pet-urine odor to linger. Regular cleaner cannot dissolve those crystals; enzyme can.
Can I be in the car during ozone treatment?

No — the cabin is sealed and the vehicle sits parked during the 60-90 minute run. High ozone concentration is a respiratory irritant during treatment. It's completely safe once ventilated.
Will the smell come back?

If the source is fully removed (upholstery, carpet, headliner extraction + enzyme + ozone), odor does not return. The exception is if the source is behind panels (e.g., a spilled drink that soaked into insulation) — those cases may need targeted panel removal, which we'll flag upfront.
